  The MetLife Associate ID is your Employee ID.

Password


  This is your MetLife Associate Password.

Logging in for the first time:

  • If you have an existing ESS password, (for example, if you are a current user of DLM or eProcurement), please use your ESS password.

  • If you do not yet have a password, you will need to establish your password through P-Synch, the online password tool.

Changing your password:

  • To change your existing password, click on the "Change Password" link. Your new password must be at least 6 characters long with at least one alpha and one numeric code (example: A12345, ABC123 or A1B2C3).

    Note: You may not reuse passwords.

Re-setting an expired or revoked password:

  • MetLife Associates (does not apply to GenAm, NEF, MLFS or MLR associates):

    Reset your password using P-Synch, the online password tool.

  • Individual Business Field Users:

    MLFS & MLR:
    Please contact the MetLife IT Consolidated Service Desk at 1-800-ASK-MET2 to have your User ID confirmed and password reset.

    NEF:
    If you've forgotten your password or need further assistance, contact your Agency Administrator who can confirm your User ID and if necessary, reset your password.

    GenAm:
    If you have forgotten your password or need further assistance, contact your firm's administrator who can confirm your User ID and if necessary, reset your password.
